I love this recipe because it’s quick and easy to prep and put going in the crock pot. This recipe doesn’t have a thick teriyaki sauce, but all the delicious flavors marinade into the chicken while cooking.

Jump to RecipeAnother thing I like about this recipe is that you don’t have to thaw your chicken first. I use frozen chicken tenders and put them right into the crock pot with the sauce.
You can serve this chicken over rice, but my husband is not a huge fan of rice, so I usually make some oven roasted potatoes or potato salad to go with it.

This is a great recipe to put going in the morning and let it cook all day while you are at work, or if you know you are going to have a busy day. It’s also great to have cooking in the crock pot on a hot day when you don’t want to heat up the house.
