Baked Macaroni and Cheese

Macaroni and cheese that's baked in the oven with a buttery cracker crust.

- 16 oz macaroni noodles
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 3 eggs
- 2 tsp salt
- 4 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 tbsp butter melted
- 1-2 cups crushed Ritz crackers
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Cook pasta for 8 minutes or according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water.
Meanwhile, mix eggs, milk and salt together in a large bowl.
Add shredded cheese and cooked pasta.
Pour mixture into a greased 9 x 13 pan.
Top with melted butter and crushed crackers.
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until milk is absorbed.
Take out of oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before serving.
