Preheat oven to 350
Put one square (1 tablespoon) of cookie dough in each spot in mini muffin pan. Mold dough up sides of each cup. Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes.
Remove from oven and use the end of a wooden spoon handle to reshape the puffed cookie cups. Let cookies cool in the pan for a few minutes and then gently twist each cookie before removing and placing on cooling rack.
Mix cream cheese, butter and vanilla. Slowly add powdered sugar and mix well.
Use a small spoon to fill each cookie cup with cream cheese frosting.
Keep refrigerated.
