In a large skillet, brown ground beef over medium/high heat. Drain grease from pan.
Reduce heat to medium/low. Add ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce and onion powder. Mix well and let the meat mixture cook for a few minutes.
Remove pan from heat.
Put about 1/4 cup amount of meat mixture in a tortilla. Add a small handful of shredded cheese and fold up like a burrito.
Heat oil in a frying pan or you can use a griddle or grill. Grill wraps for a few minutes on each side until toasty brown.
Serve with your favorite cheeseburger toppings. Gently pull wrap apart, put toppings inside and fold back together.
