Easy Cheeseburger Wraps for Busy Weeknights

A quick and easy meal with all the delicious flavors of a cheeseburger in a wrap

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 3 TBSP ketchup
  • 1 TBSP yellow mustard
  • 1 TBSP Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 8 flour tortillas
  • shredded cheese
  • your favorite cheeseburger toppings (tomatoes, lettuce, pickles, etc.)

Method
 

  1. In a large skillet, brown ground beef over medium/high heat. Drain grease from pan.
  2. Reduce heat to medium/low. Add ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce and onion powder. Mix well and let the meat mixture cook for a few minutes.
  3. Remove pan from heat.
  4. Put about 1/4 cup amount of meat mixture in a tortilla. Add a small handful of shredded cheese and fold up like a burrito.
  5. Heat oil in a frying pan or you can use a griddle or grill. Grill wraps for a few minutes on each side until toasty brown.
  6. Serve with your favorite cheeseburger toppings. Gently pull wrap apart, put toppings inside and fold back together.
