Method
- Dice potatoes and boil in water for 10 minutes.
- Mix cream of chicken soup, sour cream and melted butter in a large bowl.
- Add shredded cheese, chopped green onions, diced ham and cooked potatoes. Mix well.
- Pour mixture into greased casserole dish.
- Combine crushed crackers with melted butter and sprinkle over the top of casserole.
- Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
