Sausage and Ground Turkey Meatballs

Ingredients
  

Meatballs

  • 1 Lb Ground sausage
  • 1 Lb Ground turkey
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 Cup Seasoned bread crumbs
  • 1 Tsp Garlic salt
  • 1 Tsp Onion powder
  • 1/2 Tsp Parsley flakes
  • 1/2 Tsp Worcestershire sauce

Cream sauce

  • 2 Tbs Butter
  • 2 Tbs Flour
  • 1/2 Cup Heavy cream
  • 1 - 2 Cups Chicken broth
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

Instructions
 

  • Mix ground sausage and ground turkey together in large bowl. 
  • Add eggs, spices and Worcestershire sauce and mix well. 
  • Form into 1 inch balls and place on cookie sheet. 
  • Bake at 400° for 15 minutes turning occasionally. 

Cream Sauce

  • Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in saucepan. Add 2 tablespoons of flour.
  • Mix together for a couple of minutes and then add chicken broth and heavy cream.
  • Let cook for a few minutes until sauce has thickened.
