Chicken Stir Fry

A yakisoba noodle stir fry with chicken, vegetables, pineapple and a homemade teriyaki sauce.

- 1 package yakisoba noodles
- 2 cups cooked chicken cubed or shredded
- 2 tbsp olive oil extra virgin
- 1-2 bell peppers cut into slices
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 1 can pineapple chunks drained
- 1-2 cups teriyaki sauce
Start by making the teriyaki sauce if you are using the homemade recipe.
Heat extra virgin olive oil over medium heat in a large pan or wok.
Add vegetables and pineapple. Cook for a few minutes.
Add chicken and yakisoba noodles.
Slowly add teriyaki sauce while stirring everything together. Add just enough sauce until everything is well covered.
