Open and drain cans of chicken.
Put chicken in a small bowl and "shred" with a fork. Add seasoning salt if you would like Add just enough until seasoned, but not too salty. I sometimes use Nutritional Yeast instead of seasoning salt.
Put coleslaw salad into a large bowl. Add chicken.
Rinse grapes and slice in half. You may only need to use half a bag of grapes depending on the size of your salad, I add them to the salad until it looks like the right amount. 
Add coleslaw dressing a little bit at a time and mix well. You want the salad to be well coated, but not too soggy.
